Duty Manager

We're looking for the right individuals to report to the owner/Manager and oversee our minions who make NZ's favourite pizzas.
You'll have to have a passion for serving up delicious food quickly and be keen to motivate our young Hell team. Of course, you'll also have to have wicked customer service skills, be a team leader, and have a great sense of humour!
Managing shifts of demon workers can create pressure, and you need to be able to keep a cool head.
Duties include: Overseeing staff on your allocated shifts (first and foremost);
Ensuring 100% customer service and product quality;
Maintaining the highest standards of food and service for the store;
Participate in the day-to-day running of the business when the Store Manager is absent;
Serving customers and preparing pizzas.
You must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry to be considered for this role.
Hours of work may vary, all applicants must be prepared to work weekend nights (Fri and Sat) until 11:30 pm. A minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed.
Pay will range from $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience.
Competitive hourly starting wage with room for growth based on performance.
