Duty Manager

Position: Experienced Licensed Duty ManagerKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the bar.Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.Deliver exceptional customer service, handling any issues or complaints in a professional manner.Manage inventory, stock levels, and cash handling procedures.Create and maintain a welcoming and lively atmosphere for all guests.Requirements:Proven experience as a Licensed Duty Manager in a busy hospitality environment, preferably in a sports bar.A current and valid duty manager's license.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with ease.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.What We Offer:Competitive rates based on experience.A fun and dynamic work environment in a popular sports bar.
