Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple departments and a team of 40 or more staff in the absence of our Store Owner, Store Manager, and Department Managers.
Plan and coordinate all facets of the day-to-day operations of the store over the course of the designated shift/shifts.
Ensure all staff are well versed in their ability to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications: Clear and effective communicator.
People, results, and customer-focused.
Experience and understanding of compliance health and safety management.
Healthy and physically fit to work in a fast-paced team.
Reliable team player, able to work early starts or late finishes, with flexible work hours.
Personal Attributes: Commitment to excellence, strong organizational and communication skills, high presentation standards, honesty, and an excellent work ethic.
