An exciting opportunity has been created for a Duty Manager to join the amazing team at Hana Lodge. As the Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage facilities. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily restaurant, bar, and conference activities, managing staff, and maintaining the high standards Capstone is known for.
To be successful, you will require:
Prior experience in Food & Beverage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service.
Ability to think on your feet and work independently.
Current Duty Manager License or be willing to work towards one.
NZ resident or applicable Visa.
