Duty Manager

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of The Good Home Coast. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of shifts, leading and supporting our team, and maintaining a high standard of service for our guests. Your role will involve managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and manage staff during shifts Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations Assist with stock management and ordering as needed Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere for team members Train new team members and support ongoing staff development Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or duty manager role, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong leadership and interpersonal skills A valid Duty Manager's certificate and LCQ (License Controller Qualification) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings A passion for hospitality and customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr
