New World Mt Roskill iscurrently seeking an engaging, customer focused individual to work as a DutyManager.ABOUT THE ROLEIn the absence ofDepartment Managers and other members of the Senior Leadership Team, you willbe responsible for ensuring a consistently fresh and appealing shoppingexperience for customers. Your responsibilitieswill include:Circulating around the shop floorregularly to maintain the store's overall appearance.Replenishing Grocery department andmonitoring staff within GroceryMonitoring department staff to ensureservice and productivity levels are maintained.Controlling store security ensuring thestore is secured after each day's trading.Completing end of day procedures andreport back to department managers with any issuesFollowing store processes with regard toproduct recalls and customer complaints.
