Duty Manager/ Customer Service Representative The Index Group is a NZ-owned company, comprising Omega Rental Cars, Pegasus Rental Cars, RaD Car Hire NZ and Australia. A mix of franchised and corporately owned locations in both New Zealand and Australia, the group has over 50 branches and an excellent reputation. Qualifications & experience We are looking for a talented front-line Duty Manager/Customer Service Rep who knows how to deliver exceptional service by understanding our customer's needs. The job role can vary from serving customers, cleaning cars assisting with calls and administration. Bring your best! Previous customer service experience an advantage Must hold a full NZ Drivers Licence Ability to maintain a positive attitude in any situation Tasks & responsibilities Face-to-face and over-the-phone interaction with customers creating a positive experience Complete rental agreements in a timely efficient manner Assist with vehicle grooming Assist with depot administration and daily business tasks At times may need to collect and return customers to the airport in the shuttle van Inspection of vehicles on collection and return Be able to multi-task between multiple software system Salary/wages correlate with experience between $23.50 to $29.70 per hour Full-time positions - between 30 to 40 hours per week Part-time positions - between 20 to 24 hours per week Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
