Duty Manager/ Bar Tender

Come join our team at Zane Grey's Restaurant located in Paihia, Northland.
Our restaurant is a 300 seat, one of a kind venue that is located on stilts over the Ocean.
Paihia is a beautiful beach town and the season is about to kick off.
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager with an LCQ qualification (or willingness to get one) and excellent cocktail bartending skills.
As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the restaurant and bar between our indoor and outdoor restaurants ensuring an overall delightful experience for all our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the team Handling customer inquiries and concerns Maintaining inventory Ensuring compliance with liquor regulations We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can start immediately and contribute to the fantastic atmosphere we provide.
