We serve over 15000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in the group.We are looking for skilled Food & Beverage individuals to support the management of Café Anatolia in Hawke's Bay to provide a high-quality and memorable dining experience for our valued customers!Cafe Anatolia is a business of integrity and a high level of compliance for both our customers and employees.The main responsibilities of the Duty Manager role are:Managing shifts and the staff on shift.Contributing to the branch achieving sales targets and budgets.Assisting with inventory management.Completing end-of-day reporting to Headquarters.Assisting in processing invoices and daily banking.Ensuring customer service standards are maintained at all times including dealing with customer complaints.Assisting in implementing Food Control Plans and food quality guidelines.Assisting in implementing policies and compliance relevant to the Health & Safety and employment laws.TrainingJob-specific training will be provided on business standards and operational procedures including training on various management applications such as Oracle Inventory, JOLT, and Xero.RequirementsWhat you will bring:A qualification or industry training credential in Food & Beverage or hospitality is desired but not essential.Proven experience of 1+ years in the retail and/or hospitality industries.A passion for customer service and a commitment to satisfying company standards.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position with minimum contracted hours of between 30 and 40 per week. We are open seven days and require applicants to be available for a range of lunch and dinner shifts across the entire week, including public holidays.
