Starting on $30-$36 per hour depending on experience You will: Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line Skills / Experience / What we are looking for Some management experience in a hospitality venue with a team of bigger than 5 Excellent presentation and strong clear communication Leadership, energy and enthusiasm; if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great.
A managers certificate or LCQ is preferred You're looking for a long term career in hospitality The Business We're all about locally brewed beers at Dunedin Social Club, which is why you will only ever find beers from around the Dunedin region on our taps.
