Company benefits: Overtime rates, medical & life insurance Description About the role: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of multiple machine centres in the Drymill.
You will work within a team that is crucial to our process, ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled and up to standard to be exported globally.
You will receive full training to ensure you become multi-skilled at operating all machine centres.
As a team, you will rotate around the machine centres each shift, keeping you engaged and aware of the production requirements.
The number of machine centres you are signed off on is linked to remuneration, and you will have the opportunity to learn the following machine centres, and more: Bearer and label robots Forklift driving Infeed station Grade Station Stacker Wrap Bay This is a shift position, working 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday).
You will rotate through 3 different shift patterns, working each shift pattern for one week: Day shift - 6.00am – 2.00pm, Afternoon shift - 2.00pm – 10.00pm, Night shift - 10.00pm – 6.00am.
This role is based at our Whirinaki site, 15 minutes north of Napier.
