PAK'nSAVE Hastings has an exciting opportunity within their Dry Goods Leadership team as the new team Supervisor! A fully-encompassing role of overseeing day-to-day operations, more specifically of the Chilled & Frozen Department, directly reporting to the Dry Goods Manager and supporting 8 team members underneath you. This role exists essentially to ensure the Chilled & Frozen Department is fully stocked and presentable while operating efficiently underneath the Dry Goods umbrella, tomake sureour loyal customers receive the best shopping experience in the Bay!The days and hours are as follows:Sunday to Thursday 11.30am-9.00pm - 45 hours per weekUnder the direction of the Dry Goods Manager, this position will see you responsiblefor ensuring there is full range of products available for our customers to shop, ensuring price integrity with allChilled & Frozen lines, training of new staff members and running the team with efficiency and accuracy. This role is a perfect opportunity to hit a clearly established role with clear expectations to allow for your own professional growth and get yourself on the ladder.Duties include, but are not limited to:Motivating, coaching and leading theChilled & Frozen team, ensuring that best practice policies and operational procedures are followed at all timesEffectively ensuring that the department is stocked throughout theevening and FIFO and stock rotation procedures are adhered toEnsure all team members receive an appropriate induction / orientation to the department and receive appropriate ongoing training support.
