ROLE : Driver
WORKING HOURS : Casual on-call
PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION :
- To provide safe and comfortable transportation services to stakeholders including students, staff and guests.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS : The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Full New Zealand working rights
- Current police check (or willing to obtain)
- First aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Full driver's license with clean driving record and a passenger endorsement
- Ability to drive a van (manual/auto) with a trailer
- A calm and patient demeanour, able to handle various situations with tact and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong focus on health and safety including passenger safety, speed, road regulations and vehicle upkeep.
