About the role:
The Home Delivery Driver Assistant is responsible for helping the home delivery driver to deliver and pick up customer's product in a safe way and ensuring the quality and security of the products within a designated area, and the completion of required scanning and documentation. You are also required to help other Fliway people in their jobs when directed by Management or Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out your work as outlined in the company training modules, operations manual, policies, rules, standards, and procedures.
Work in a helpful, friendly, and polite manner when dealing with receivers and others.
Deliver as per agreed delivery time and conduct delivery, unpacking, installs as per instructions from Fliway or customer.
Wear the correct uniform and PPE that is supplied for the tasks you are doing, and take care of them and your appearance to represent Fliway professionally.
Perform all functions in a safe manner.
Be responsible for daily checks on the vehicle in your care.
Be responsible for a vehicle and required actions involved in the pickup and delivery of the freight requiring one or more persons.
Complete all scanning and notifications correctly and on time as required in the procedure for Fliway or as specified by the customer. Any other duties as requested by management which may be necessary from time to time.

Fit for work - lifting, pushing, pulling, movement of freight by hand and trolley is required.
Flexible in your approach - a typical day may include loading freight, driving, processing freight deliveries, doing the paperwork, and providing great customer service.
Able to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
Organised in processing your documentation and keeping your paperwork in order.
Good team player, with initiative and ability to perform quality work in a safe manner.
Hold a clean HT licence, minimum Class 1 - Full license required (Class 2 Ideal).
