Driver Operator - Class 5

Adecco is looking for driver/operators to join a Surfacing crew in Nelson. Opportunities are welcome to people with experience who are willing and able to pitch in with all aspects of the required Mahi.

This is a full-time role best suited to someone who is physically fit and enjoys spending their day outdoors, who is experienced, versatile, reliable and has a good work ethic. This role will literally take you places as you will get to travel all over the Tasman region with our client.

Your role will include the following:Surface preparationChip truck drivingOperating trucks, pavers, skid steers, rollers, bobcats, and moreGeneral labouring To be successful in this role you will need:Be able to supply 2x work referencesPrevious experience working with surfacingCurrent Class 5 and WTR endorsementsA high level of fitness, as this work will require you to carry out hands-on activities such as shovelling, digging, lifting, periods of walking, and standing Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa and be able to pass background checks and a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
