Driver Operator - Class 2 with WTR endorsementListed 4 days agoListing DescriptionLocation: Whanganui regionJob Type: Full timeDuration: ContractCompany Benefits: $26 - $27.34 p.h.DescriptionAs an Experienced Class 2 driver and Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers Operator, you will be a key player in the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. Your responsibilities will include:Machine Operation: Operate various machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, or compactors, to perform tasks such as grading, excavation, or compaction.Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines during all operations.Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on equipment to identify any issues and report maintenance needs promptly.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment and a Class 2 licence holder. Experience with an articulated dump truck is a must.Licenses: Valid WTR licence and relevant certifications for operating specific types of machinery.Hours of work: Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.
