We are seeking a Driver Licence workshop facilitator to join our team servicing Tauranga and Waikato. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of ourpeople, you will ultimatelybe responsiblefor assisting people of all ages to gain their learner's license.
To be successful you will ideally have:
Passionate about making a difference to people's lives.
A sense of humour and wanting to make a positive difference every day with the people you work with; nothing is too hard.
Competent in motivating people to set and achieve goals.
Ability to connect with and run workshops for people of all ages.
Be creative in providing exciting and motivational delivery methods.
Can adapt learning material to cater for client's literacy and numeracy needs.
Ability to self-manage, organise, and plan.
Computer competency with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication & listening skills and have a genuine passion for helping others.
Willingness to stay ahead of the game and keep up to date with current licensing requirements.
Confidence in your ability to develop and manage professional relationships with community support services and people.

This position is for 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
Must be able to travel to around the Waikato and Bay of Plenty area to deliver workshops and support clients sitting the theory test.
Applicants must hold a full license and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
