Our client is looking for a motivated and dependable General Laborer with a Class 2/4 Heavy Truck license. While the role involves minimal truck driving, the ideal candidate will need to perform a variety of general labor tasks and handle traffic-related responsibilities effectively. A history of traffic tickets is acceptable, but candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and efficiency on the job.
Key Responsibilities: Operate Class 2/4 Heavy Trucks as needed, with a focus on short-distance and minimal driving.Perform general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials, site preparation, and equipment maintenance.Assist with traffic control and management, ensuring the safety and smooth flow of traffic around work sites.Support team members with various tasks and responsibilities as required.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job.Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: Valid Class 2/4 Heavy Truck license.Previous experience in general labor or a similar role is preferred.History of traffic tickets is acceptable, but candidates must demonstrate a commitment to safe driving practices.Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.Strong communication and organizational skills.
