We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Driver/Customer Service and Ground Crew to join the INFLITE Group team in Twizel, Canterbury. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving our customers locally in the Mackenzie region (Twizel, Mt Cook and Tekapo) and supporting our ground crew team. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.
What you'll be doing Providing friendly and professional transfers and transportation services for our guests Assisting with check-ins, and other ground operations to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience Maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail in all interactions with guests Collaborating with the wider team to support the efficient and effective delivery of our experiences.
