About the role:
Driver – Class 1 and Class 2, is responsible for delivering and picking up customer's product in a safe way and ensuring the quality and security of the products within a designated area, and the completion of required scanning and documentation. You are also required to help other Fliway people in their jobs, when directed by Management or Supervisor.
The Loader is responsible for loading / unloading freight between the Dockway, and the truck in a safe way whilst ensuring the quality and security of the products.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver roles:
Operating the vehicle safely and efficiently
Good team player, with initiative and ability to perform quality work in a safe manner.
Loading freight, driving, processing freight deliveries, doing the paperwork and providing great customer service.
Able to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
Loader/Unloader roles:
Loading and unloading goods onto trucks
Sorting and organizing products within the warehouse to facilitate efficient loading procedures.
Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment to move goods within the warehouse and onto trucks.
Responsible for sweeping floors, disposing of packaging materials, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the warehouse.
Communicating with truck drivers and other warehouse staff to coordinate loading activities, report any issues or delays, and ensure smooth operations.

What you Bring:
Hardworking, honest, and reliable
Fit for work - lifting, pushing, pulling, movement of freight by hand and trolley is required.
Flexible in your approach - a typical day may include loading freight, driving, processing freight deliveries, doing the paperwork and providing great customer service.
Able to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
Organized in processing your documentation and keeping your paperwork in order.
Good team player, with initiative and ability to perform quality work in a safe manner.
Driver - Class 1 and Driver - Class 2 role:
Hold a clean HT license, minimum Class 1 or 2
DG cert/endorsement is a preferred requirement
