An exciting opportunity for an experienced Drilling Supervisor to join a continually growing civil construction contractor, working on a variety of civil infrastructure projects.

Drilling Supervisor   The opportunity to work on exciting civil infrastructure projects in the Auckland and wider North Island region with genuine career progression. A New Zealand owned contractor with award winning Civil Construction status $40 - $45ph + UTE and benefits based on experience About the Company:  

An award winning, specialist civil construction company, working on a range of infrastructure projects, including civil site works, ground improvement, earthworks, piling and slope stabilisation.

They are Auckland based with most of their projects in Auckland and the wider North Island, delivering specialist / technical work. Predominately subcontract work on more technical scopes of infrastructure but also undertake some main contractor works, developing a reputation on delivering great projects.
  
About the Role:

With emphasis on finding the right people for the right results, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Supervisor to manage multiple sites at once, responsible for ensuring the job is completed to plan – thinking about practical solutions.
This is a critical role for the success of the Auckland operations with high importance on projects being completed to the highest standard.
 
Duties: Work with the onsite Foreman/Supervisors to ensure methodologies are being followed Assist with site set out, H&S and overseeing the delivery of the work. Ensuring the sites are operated in an effective and efficient manner Mentoring / development of onsite staff Manage multiple civil projects across Auckland and the wider North Island with some travel required sporadically. Skills and Experience: 5+ years on-site civil construction experience A strong ability to read and understand drawings, working with the Project Manager and Engineering teams. Manage the delivery of the work, ensuring that procedures and methodologies are being followed. A willingness to travel. A commitment to health and safety How to Apply:
