Drainage Engineer St Austell and surrounding areas Permanent Salary Dependent on Experience + Benefits The Client Our client is a company that specialises in complete drainage services to corporate clients managing domestic and small commercial drainage failures. The company provides a quick and competitively priced response to their clients' needs whether it be a simple blockage, a drain collapse or a burst water pipe. The Role You will predominantly be site-based undertaking all drainage jobs whilst ensuring, where possible, that work is completed on the first visit. You will be able to confidently explain to customers what work you need to carry out ensuring you leave them with peace of mind and confidence in the company's abilities. Our client are looking for an experienced drainage engineer with a variety of qualifications such as street works, CSCS, High Pressure water jetting etc. Duties will include delivering a high-quality service to our commercial and domestic customers. It is fundamental that applicants have a positive "can do" attitude and a flexible approach to hard work and travel. Responsibilities Basic Groundworks, drain repairs and reinstatements CCTV Camera survey of drains, record defects and recommend necessary repairs Complete paperwork and send it back to the office electronically using the company mobile phone High Pressure Water Jetting The Requirements Candidates will have a background and experience working in the drainage sector Preferably have a CSCS card, High Pressure Water Jetting, Confined Spaces Successful applicants will be subject to a criminal record and DVLA check The Rewards The company are willing to pay a competitive starting salary plus enhanced rate overtime, commission, call-out allowances and the opportunity to train with and develop your career with one of the region's premium drainage specialists.
