Drain Laying Laborer

Our client is located in Rolleston, Christchurch.

We are seeking Drainlayers and Drainage Laborers to assist on a variety of physical work on building sites, roads, other civil construction and drainage projects.

Tasks and duties 
You will be required to perform general laboring duties from site clean up to drain laying specific duties, and health and safety. 

What you need Previous experience as a laborer would be ideal - bonus if this is drain laying laborer experience Drain laying experience with a focus on relevant on knowledge specific to materials and methods for drain laying Physically fit Basic knowledge of building and construction environments Current Site Safe or be willing to obtain one. Excellent communication and an ability to work as part of a team A strong understanding of Health and Safety and be H&S minded Minimum of a restricted license and car to get to work daily Bonus if you have WTR or class 4 license
All applicants must Have a high regard for Health & Safety Be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting up to 25kgs Have reliable transport and minimum of a Restricted License Be able pass a pre-employment drug test and return a satisfactory criminal check Provide 2 contactable referees
