Drafting Engineering Records Coordinator About the role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will need great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business, while effectively managing the information processes to ensure Tasman Mill staff have reliable, accurate and easily accessible engineering information.
Your responsibilities will include
Promote and ensure conformance to EHS&R standards, ensuring best practices and processes are in place.
Manage information services to maintain, store, develop and share engineering data for the long-term viability of the Tasman business.
Undertake allocated tasks, monitoring progress against time and budget, taking corrective action where necessary.
Recommend and maintain hard and soft Information management systems in an orderly and cost-effective manner ensuring rigid revision controls and compliance with appropriate standards.
Store information logically, appropriately and efficiently in accordance with established coding.

Skills and experience
Tertiary qualification in Information Systems or Engineering (desirable).
Proven experience in IT and information systems, with a focus on engineering information management.
Familiar with electronic data systems and web-based platforms for managing and retrieving information.
Proficient in AutoCAD (at minimum 2D) and skilled in graphic editing software.
Attention to detail, can-do attitude, and commitment to excellent results.
