Door to Door Sales Rep This is a small business startup that's looking for independent sales contractors. Only B2C sales (no B2B). Required to knock doors and also make calls to generate own leads. Potential to earn a high income for HIGHLY ACTIVE Sales Reps of $100k or more. If you don't want to generate leads then this is not the right role for you. You MUST be able to generate own leads by going out there and speaking with people. Would be suitable for someone who's already competent with talking to a wide range of people, who's talkative, presentable, and highly interpersonal with some sales experience or keen to work in sales. Able to generate conversation and build rapport quickly with homeowners. You will be required to generate leads using BOTH door to door method and cold calling homeowners. However, door to door is the main method for generating leads. It will also allow the sales agent to see multiple clients within the same region without needing to drive long distances in-between. Must be active in generating leads daily (cold leads). Sales commissions range from: $800-2000 per sale. KPI's: 200 door knocks / week, 150 cold calls / week, 12-20 appointments seen per week. You will be provided with presentation material, pricing sheets, calculation methods, and scripts to use and you will be required to read, learn and be tested with the presentation. Must be fluent in English. Must be able to commit full-time. No casual or part-time. Must have own vehicle and license. Will be required to work evenings. You will be working with one director.
