We're currently on the look-out for a new team member with a positive, 'can-do' attitude and the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks. To be successful in this role you will have a mix of creativity and attention to detail, enjoy talking with people and providing a great customer experience.

Work experience in customer service, retail or hospitalityGood organisational skills and effective time managementA team focused approachWhat you'll do Less than 4% of New Zealanders are currently donating and you will play a key role in the retention of existing blood donors and the recruitment of new donors, aimed at growing our donor database.
This is a broad and exciting role where no two days are the same. You'll promote the benefits of donating blood and plasma so that we can meet growing demand for our products. You will work with people from all walks of life both in the office and throughout the region at special events.

Salary from $71,932 to $74,951 (increasing to $74,090 to $77,200 early December 2024) depending on experience.

In addition to our vein to vein service in transfusion, New Zealand Blood and Organ Service (NZBS) also provides national services in organ transplantation, cellular therapies and tissue banking.
