We are looking for a store manager at our Fitzroy Store in New Plymouth. We are seeking an energetic and dynamic individual who can oversee the smooth running of our busy store.Responsibilities:Lead the staff and create a team atmosphere.Control food costs and manage team members.Maintain the store in safety and security standards.Handle cash and banking.Set up menu prices as required by head office.Provide excellent customer service and high product quality.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.Flexibility with hours of work that will include mainly evenings and weekends.Additional Duties:Budgeting: Generate a monthly sales projection and meet weekly to discuss operations and assist in achieving sales targets and labor projections.Rostering: Staff to be rostered to ensure appropriate service levels are achieved.Stock Management: Ensure all stores in your area are stocked with sufficient supplies to meet expected sales without overstocking, and ensure all stock is within use-by date.Dotti: Maintain a 100% completion rate for NEO and New Promotion Kit and ensure other appropriate components have been completed by the required staff.OER: Maintain an average of 3.5 stars or higher, coordinate with assistant store managers, and perform store audits as required.MPI: Coordinate with the MPI to maintain standards and compliance for all food safety laws.Staff Training: Check and test staff and recommend training actions as required, and carry out staff training sessions as needed.Qualifications: Relevant qualification required or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.Pay Rate and Hours: $25-$35 per hour for 30-40 hours per week.Apply online for this role or contact Paul O'Leary for more information.
