The opportunity:
As the Divisional Manager-Industries & Surfacing, you will be a crucial part of a solid and supportive divisional leadership team. Your day-to-day will consist of leading and monitoring operations, supporting your Departmental Management Team to achieve consistently high safety, environmental, quality, and financial performance, while delivering client and staff satisfaction.
In addition to the above, you will:
Manage financial aspects, including Opex, Capex, and Contracts.
Provide people leadership.
Conduct contract reviews, forward work, and commercial support.
Enhance productivity and create centres of excellence.
Engage key stakeholders and manage customer relationships.
Ensure compliance across the full HSQES functions (with support from our in-house specialists).
We're looking for someone with:
Extensive experience in surfacing.
A strong customer focus.
The ability to be a natural leader who identifies talent growth, development, and resources teams efficiently.
A genuine interest in keeping our Central Otago community connected.
You will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent. You will have strong financial and business acumen.
