Position Overview: We're seeking experienced District Nurses who can provide at-home care to patients needing medical support. You'll travel within the community to assess, monitor, and support patient care, helping patients maintain health and independence at home.
Responsibilities:

Provide clinical care and support to patients in their homes
Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and other professionals to manage patient care
Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

Requirements:

Nursing qualification with current registration
Experience in community nursing or similar roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
