We have a full-time vacancy for a District Nurse Administrator to join our encouraging and friendly team!

Access clients are the elderly, people with disabilities, and those recuperating from illness or injury in the home.

Full-time role Be a part of a supportive, passionate, and forward-thinking team Make a real difference within your community Thrive within a company that holds strong core values about our community's healthcare and wellbeing Responsibilities Provide effective and accurate reporting to the nursing team leader Allocate referrals to the district nursing team in a timely manner while accurately rostering nurses' visits to clients Build and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders Ensure contractual packages are administered accurately and efficiently across the clinical teams and referral centre Deliver exceptional customer service within a highly flexible service response environment Work closely with nurses to update rosters and finalise referrals Maintain a working knowledge of service capability within geographic areas to ensure accuracy with referrals and service response Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures Requirements Eligibility to work in New Zealand Excellent time management and coordination skills Understanding of clinical environments Clear and concise communication skills, written and verbal Ability to support and work harmoniously within a team Proven ability to build and maintain rapport Genuine passion to deliver high-quality customer service Ability to plan and prioritise when working under pressure If this sounds like an exciting opportunity to you, please apply now!
