Join our CARTERS Distribution Centre team in Mt Wellington and play a pivotal part in our drive to deliver a consistently reliable level of service to our trade customers. As the Distribution Supervisor you will be responsible for planning and controlling the despatch of bulk products, coordinating multiple vehicles and drivers ensuring a timely, accurate and high level service while maintaining health and safety standards.
The key functions for this role include:
Managing the loading and dispatch of customer orders ensuring we deliver a quality service and products on timePrioritizing and scheduling truck deliveries to siteOverseeing the operation of our distribution functionProactively managing driver staff performanceCustomer Service and working closely with our Auckland branch networkDriving a strong Health & Safety cultureOccasional heavy liftingThe foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:
