Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The OpportunityThe FBS & DRP Planner will be responsible for both our alcohol and non-alcohol portfolios executing the full bottle spirit and distribution requirements planning across New Zealand. This role will also control the integration of Suntory Global Spirits managing inventory levels and forecasts as well as the physical distribution of all finished products across NZ.What you'll be doingCreate replenishment plans at warehouse/plant locations ensuring timely delivery of inventoryPlan and track inventory levels and work with logistics to address constraintsImplement strategies to minimize obsolete stock and maintain optimal inventory levels at DC levelInvestigate any issues and discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.Monitor, analyse, and propose corrective actions around lead times and safety stock.Partner closely with Suntory Global Spirits to order manage full bottle spirits inventory and track international deliveryWhat's in your toolkitExperience in a similar role in FMCG – alcohol experience is a bonusProven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholdersAbility to come up with innovative solutions to any issues that may arise ensuring we can continue to provide to our customersA strong analytical background with the ability to identify opportunities for improvementProven systems experience in Excel and SAP (highly desired)If you're not an expert in all of these areas, don't worry!
