Distribution Design Engineer

Fluid Recruitment is proud to partner with a specialist energy consultancy in search of a Distribution Design Engineer as part of a growing Auckland operation.
The Company Working within the energy sector, our client is a globally recognised consultancy, partnering with a range of high-profile companies in the energy and power sectors. With a vast range of knowledge, the team brings almost 25 years successful practical and technical experience delivering key projects to support continued industry growth. The team are rapidly growing and are looking to further strengthen their Auckland office.
The Role Bringing strong practical experience and theoretical knowledge across distribution design, you will be a technical specialist, providing tailored solutions for our clients' partners. This will see you completing design for new distribution and transmission connections, electrical reticulations and overhead to underground cable work for Australian and New Zealand projects. The role will see you completing a range of critical tasks that contribute to long-term developments.

About You Coming from a strong electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering background in the energy sector, you will be a technical specialist, able to bring a practical approach to general line design, involving distribution and transmission work. This may see you have similar experience in distribution design and wanting to take the next step in your career.
