Dispute Resolution Lawyer - 2-3 years PQE Do you have an interest in resolving disputes? Want to gain experience working in-house dealing with a wide range of disputes? Then this is the role for you.

About the Role Working in a small in-house legal and compliance team, you will assist the business in resolving a variety of disputes. These will range from complaints to litigated disputes. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand what happened and offer sound advice or solutions, always aiming to find resolution. You will be supported by your manager, who will help you learn about the business and develop your dispute resolution skills.
Skills and experience that will lead to success: You'll be a strong communicator who can tailor their communication to the audience. You will need a minimum of 2 years in private practice or an in-house legal team.
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.Good attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds.Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
