This is a new role for our department and would suit someone that enjoys a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate would oversee and be responsible for all 'in-pharmacy' activities that include (but is not limited to) screening and checking charts and outpatient prescriptions, help with procurement issues, supply chemotherapy and other infusions to day stay patients, supply controlled drugs to the wards and checking all kits created by the department that would be distributed to the hospital.This role offersa unique opportunity to work with the multidisciplinary team focusing on medication safety to implement the Health Quality& Safety Commission initiative. We will provide you with exciting work experience and offer you a platform to gain valuable clinical pharmacy knowledge.
