We are needing a Dispatcher to join our Hamilton team!

What you will do: Dispatch of technicians to attend breakfix and preventative maintenance customer service requirements
How you will do it:  Ensure that customers receive service in a timely manner, within their expectations and within contractual obligations (e.g. SLA)
Ensure Technicians' productivity is maintained at a high level i.e. jobs are promptly assigned and scheduling anomalies are promptly addressed
What we look for? Minimum 5 years of experience in building or building related industries
Thorough understanding of the Fire business and in particular the challenges of Technicians in the field
Prior knowledge of Dispatching and Pronto preferred
Proven ability to effectively manage planned/unplanned workloads
Proven ability to identify and resolve customer needs in a timely manner
Problem solving and analytical skills
