Dispatch Coordinator

Trade Assist have an opportunity for YOU to work with a well-known nationwide supplier of building materials.We are looking for someone who will bring high energy and a good work ethic to the role.The Role:Monday-Friday | 7:00am-5:00pm (extra hours may be required during busy periods)Coordinating deliveries, ensuring accurate loads and completing any necessary paperworkOperating a counterbalance forkliftUsing a computer system to manage delivery schedules, maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stocktakesWorking alongside the yard supervisor to achieve daily delivery targetsProviding excellent customer serviceWhat's in it for you?Temp to perm opportunityGreat company culture - locally owned & operatedPPE ProvidedTo be successful you will need:Previous experience as a Dispatch Coordinator or similar role essentialA positive attitude and the ability to provide an efficient and friendly delivery serviceExcellent time management skillsFamiliarity with the Christchurch area and optimal delivery routesKnowledge of building materials/timber will be advantageousClick APPLY NOW to start YOUR new role!
