Dispatch Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated Dispatch Assistant to join our team, based in Onehunga. Duties include but are not limited to: Order Processing: Prepare and package auto parts for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer orders.Delivery Support: help to load packages into vehicles as required.Documentation: Ensure packages / products are tagged and labelled efficiently and accurately and complete any associated paperwork. Quality Control: Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet company standards before dispatch. Other department support: assist in stores and other departments from time to time as required.Health & safety – keep yourself and your team mates safe at all times, following company health and safety guidelines.We are looking for someone with the following skills/experience:  Good understanding of our productsGood verbal and written communication skills.Strong work ethic and reliability.Good attention to detailBe reliable and trustworthy.Some relevant experience is advantageousApplicants for this position must have NZ citizenship, residency or a valid NZ open work visa.
