Position Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Dispatch and Office Assistant to manage all domestic dispatches, perform basic accounting tasks, and support various entry-level office duties.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all domestic dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate        deliveries.Perform basic accounting tasks, including data entry of financial transactions, preparing         invoices, and maintaining records.Assist with payroll processing and account reconciliation.Provide general administrative support, such as filing, answering phones, and handling          correspondence.Maintain and update customer and inventory records.Prepare reports and documents as required.Support office staff with miscellaneous tasks and projects.Offer excellent customer service and resolve any dispatch-related issues promptly.Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in dispatch, accounting, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Well presented Working Conditions: Part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours.Some flexibility may be required during peak periods.This role involves physical activities, including lifting and moving heavy packages.
