Two Rivers Marlborough – Blenheim, South Island
Position Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Dispatch and Office Assistant to manage all domestic dispatches, perform basic accounting tasks, and support various entry-level office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll processing and account reconciliation.
Support office staff with miscellaneous tasks and projects.
Offer excellent customer service and resolve any dispatch-related issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in dispatch, accounting, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Well presented.
Working Conditions:
Part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours.
Some flexibility may be required during peak periods.
This role involves physical activities, including lifting and moving heavy packages.
While experience within the wine industry will be an advantage, the right attitude and "fit" are equally as important.
