As a learning organisation we offer funded Health & Wellbeing qualifications and study days to support you with your learning.We work as one team, empowering each other to promote community inclusion and self-determination for those we walk alongside.The Positions:We have various part time weekend shifts available, working days and afternoon shifts.You will have/be:An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principlesThe ability to understand, communicate and connect with peopleProfessionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approachEnergy, enthusiasm and enjoy being part of a teamThe ability to carry out personal cares including showering and dressingFull NZ Driver Licence as part of your role will be driving a MASH vanA NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or commitment to working towards a qualification funded by MASH TrustThese roles may close earlier if the right candidates are found.
