We are looking for an individual who is an empathetic experienced support worker who is able to walk alongside a young man in his next chapter in life.
You will be part of a small team who are passionate about providing a positive influence to a young man in his home. The team will be providing a safe home environment where he can learn new skills, independence and interact with others in his community doing the activities he enjoys.

This role is 40 hours per fortnight working:
Week 1: Saturday 8am – 4.30pm Week 2: Friday 4.15pm – 8.15am (the following day) and Sunday 4.15pm – 8.15am (the following day) MASH Trust are a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services. Skills and Experience: A passion for people, be patient, friendly and kindPrevious experience working within the Disability or Mental Health SectorThe ability to understand and connect with others including complex behaviorsProfessionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approachEnergy, enthusiasm and enjoyment of the outdoorsFull NZ Driver LicenceA NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or similar preferrable
