Disability Support Practitioner We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Accommodation team, on a Casual basis.

We are actively recruiting for our Accommodation and Lifestyle divisions across the Hornsby/St Ives region as well as the Northern Beaches! There are morning, day, evening and night shifts available - it will depend of what you are looking for and the flexibility you need - apply now!

About the role Your role centres on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals. Our clients participate in social and recreational activities, essential life skills and engage with their local communities.

Delivering personalised support in a group home setting Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan The Benefits Attractive casual hourly rate of $41.76 + Super + Penalty Rates Flexible working hours and shifts across a 24/7 roster to fit in with your lifestyle $100 per year Well-being Allowance that you can use to enhance your wellbeing (e.g., purchase sports equipment, have a massage, take a meditation class) Discounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness Passport Employee Assistance Program Paid Employee Referral Bonus Program, where you can be rewarded for referring a friend that joins CPA.
