We are an independent Chartered Accounting firm located in New Plymouth, Taranaki with offices in Waitara and Hawera. We pride ourselves on providing a full range of services to our clients and working with them to support and grow their business.

About this role As the EA to your Director, you will act as a point of contact and provide high quality, timely support, ensuring that their time is managed efficiently.
Your role has a direct impact on our success, and while each day will look a little different, it includes the following:
Communication with our clients, contacts, and our team, including calendar management and meeting preparation.
Ensuring our work flows, from arrival at our firm, through to completion.
Working with our systems including job and record management, compliance, and billing.
In addition, our EA team each have an area of specialty in the firm. We would be excited to hear what yours is.
About you You are excited to bring your professionalism and expertise to the role, enhancing relationships with our clients and within our business.
You are highly organised, pro-active & flexible, able to prioritise multiple tasks at one time and plan your time well to ensure task completion.
You are calm, demonstrate flexibility, and thrive in a busy and dynamic work environment.
Beyond tech-savvy – with the ability to work across our multiple software and the agility to adapt easily to changes in systems.
The ability to communicate positively, clearly, and concisely in person and by written means.
You have excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
A team player with enjoyment of a variety of work, with a variety of people.
This position is 37.5 hours per week, working from either our New Plymouth or Hawera office. This is an in-office position.
