Candidate requirements At least 5 years of hands-on UX design experience for software products, demonstrating a track record of creating intuitive and impactful user experiences.
Minimum 1 year of proficiency with Figma, showcasing ability to create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
At least 1 year of proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
