A rare opportunity has arisen within Te Kiwai Maui o Ngaruahine, the commercial arm of Te Korowai o Ngaruahine Trust, for a Director on the Board. We are looking for an experienced Director to support the implementation of the Board's strategies and the ongoing growth of settlement assets for the benefit of Ngaruahine Iwi.Te Kiwai Maui o Ngaruahine administers a large asset portfolio and is also responsible for the iwi fisheries quota. In 2023, Te Korowai approved Pupuke te Hihiri, impact investment strategy. Te Kiwai Maui o Ngaruahine is the responsible Group entity for the implementation of this strategy, which ensures a principled transition into impact investments in our rohe over the next five years.Te Tunga | The positionTe Kiwai Maui o Ngaruahine Board is made up of two trustees from the parent Trust and three independent directors.
