Your Role As the Director of Strategic Finance, you will: Lead and Inspire: Build and guide a high-performing team of trusted advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Strategic Vision: Develop and influence MSD's long-term financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and financial health.
Financial Stewardship: Provide strategic financial advice, forecasting, and insights to support MSD's objectives and new initiatives.
Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive integrated planning and robust financial strategies.
What You'll Bring Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) and member of CAANZ or equivalent.
Experience: Extensive experience in strategic finance, business transformation, and risk management within large organisations.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to inspire teams and drive positive cultural change.
