Actively engage in decision-making processes related to investments, acquisitions, and other key business initiatives.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct within the organization.
Represent the firm at industry events, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the financial services sector.
Strong financial acumen and a track record of successful decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
Visionary mindset and the ability to anticipate and adapt to market trends.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent degree A minimum of 5 years of business advisory experience in an NZ public practice accounting firm CA or CPA-qualified Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.
