Director Commercial Property Management Premium Commercial Assets Auckland | Tamaki Makaurau Great opportunity for a strong, dynamic leader to join our commercial property management team. Reporting to the National Director, this is a pivotal account leadership role overseeing the day-to-day management of premium commercial real estate assets as well as the property team.

The Opportunity: Lead and Inspire: Manage commercial assets and a team of commercial property and facility managers ensuring client expectations are delivered in line with expectations across a premium commercial portfolio. Drive Growth: Support and create business development initiatives for new and existing clients, identify fresh opportunities for expansion. Shape National Strategy: Collaborate closely with our National Leadership team on strategy. Champion Excellence: Conduct performance reviews, drive succession planning. Ensure Compliance: Strong financial acumen within the property sector. About you Demonstrated experience at a management level in Commercial Property or Asset Management. Preferably a strong industry network across the NZ commercial sector. Comfortable winning new business through business development strategies. The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with stakeholders of all levels. Sound financial acumen and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and work to tight deadlines.
