This means ensuring the availability of reliable and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders, and providing relevant, timely insights to enable informed decision-making in support of our goals and priorities.As the Director of Performance and Data, you will lead and influence through a period of significant change, driving the adoption of a business partnering model, with a core focus of proactively providing quality performance insights to the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and utilisation of data to improve organisational performance, guide both operational and strategic decision-making, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This leadership role requires someone with a passion for using performance information to prioritise operations, and who can build very strong and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.Police data and performance insights is of extremely high public interest, information the directorate provides is frequently referenced by Minister's and used in media.
